Maternity clothes are no longer frumpy shapeless pieces – they have now become quite trendy and there are now even great looking maternity clothes for winter. If you plan your wardrobe well from the beginning, buy a few quality basic items that can last you quite a while through your pregnancy – things like a good sweater of medium heaviness, a good pair of pants, a pair of pregnancy jeans with the stretchy top. Leggings are another idea that can transition well with your growing size throughout the pregnancy and serve as an excellent layering piece. Tunics are a no-brainer for the leggings but they also go great with skinny jeans.
